1. ConfluxScan is currently on the Mainnet Phase III - Tethys, Conflux-Rust version: 1.1.4.
2. ConfluxPortal was upgraded to v0.6.0 between 11:00 - 13:00 (GMT+8) on March 9th, 2021. After this upgrade, Portal was fully adapted to CIP-37 (Click to view details).
3.The new address format is only a conversion of the old format. Users can still log into their Conflux wallet via private keys or secret phrases. User assets will not be affected.
